Canadian HR Solutions (or Canadian HR Academy) takes your privacy seriously. Our objective in collecting personal information is to provide you with the best and most useful content and services.
If you should provide Canadian HR Solutions (or Canadian HR Academy) with your email address or other personal information as part of a subscription or email newsletter sign-up, we will never provide that email address directly to third-party advertisers unless it is clearly mentioned at the time of sign-up or unless you directly provide us with permission to do so. We will deliver email newsletters until you request to unsubscribe or the newsletters are discontinued by us. You will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe and opt-out of future emails at your discretion. Any information submitted to us is kept completely confidential and will not be shared or sold.
We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Canadian HR Solutions (or Canadian HR Academy) under confidentiality agreements. A full refund is available up to 90 days prior to the agreed upon start date of any Organizational Development consulting work, recruiting/staffing agreement, certification program, workshop, course, coaching session, or any other work for which Canadian HR Solutions (or Canadian HR Academy) has been contracted. However, Canadian HR Solutions (or Canadian HR Academy) reserves the right to apply a 10% fee of the full amount that has been paid, excluding-HST, for the service in question, to cover our administrative expenses.
In all cases – any contract that is cancelled within three (3) weeks of the first date on which the work is to be done is not refundable. However, the total amount of monies paid can be transfered to another Canadian HR Solutions (or Canadian HR Academy) service or the same service at a future time.
There can be no exceptions made to this CANCELLATION POLICY.
