Anti-Bullying /Harassment Policy Development
In consultation with you we can develop a Bullying/Harassment Prevention policy that:
- Includes a statement from senior management to all employees.

- Includes a statement of risks to the company and its employees.
- Sets out the complaints process.
- Encourages workers who witness bullying/harassment to report it.
- Clearly states that retaliation against or victimization of workers who report incidents will not be tolerated.
- States a commitment to prompt action if workplace bullying/harassment occurs.
Sensitivity Training for Workplace Restoration Workshop
This customized workshop is an effective way to address inappropriate workplace behaviours. We do this by taking immediate corrective action and minimizing disruption to your workforce. Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace Workshop
Mental health problems and illnesses are the leading cause of both short and long-term disabilities in Canada. The Canadian Mental Health Commission has reported that, in any given year, one in five people in Canada will experience a mental health problem or illness, with a cost to the economy in excess of $50billion dollars. As adults spend approximately 60% of their time in the workplace, the Mental Health Commission of Canada has introduced a framework which helps employers create more psychologically safe workplace by promoting mental health and preventing psychological harm at work. This framework is called the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace (Standard). The Standard is the first of its kind in the world.

Sexual Violence and Harassment Workshop
On September 8, 2016 the Ontario government made Bill 132 law. The Sexual Violence and Harassment Action Plan Act picks up where Bill 168 left off in 2010 and it amends, among other statutes, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, which requires that the definition of Harassment be expanded to include Sexual Harassment. Harassment must also now be treated as a Health and Safety issue in the workplace.
Under Bill 132, employers are now required to:
- Provide employees with workplace Harassment training.
- Develop and maintain a workplace Harassment program.
- Establish a complaint mechanism for reporting complaints or incidents of workplace Harassment.
- Establish an investigation procedure to deal with complaints or incidents pertaining to workplace Harassment.
